Welcome to LifeMaxing, your trusted source for science-backed insights into enhancing every aspect of life. I'm Eti, a current PhD student in bioengineering with a lifelong fascination for how the human body and mind work. My passion for healthy living stems from a genuine desire to help others and a belief in the transformative power of research-based knowledge.

Our inspiration

I started LifeMaxing because I saw a need for a central hub where people could find credible, well-researched information presented in an accessible way. I was inspired by innovators and thought leaders like Andrew Huberman and Bryan Johnson, who champion evidence-based approaches to improving health, longevity, and overall well-being.

My fiancé, Jake, is a devoted follower of health podcasts—especially Huberman's—and his constant curiosity drove me to compile strategies, supplements, and tools from hundreds of academic papers. It was through these late-night discussions with Jake that I realized many people want clear, concise answers to the same questions he was asking.

Why you can trust us

Over the course of several months, I combed through peer-reviewed studies and reputable articles, distilling them into easy-to-understand "tools" to help you optimize different areas of life. Drawing upon my bioengineering background, I apply a rigorous scientific lens to everything we publish. This blend of formal academic training and extensive real-world research underpins the reliability of LifeMaxing.

Beyond the research

When I'm not buried in research papers, you'll find me:

  • Experimenting with new fitness routines – from HIIT classes to yoga, I love testing out workouts supported by the latest exercise science.
  • Exploring the outdoors – hikes, bike rides, and nature photography fuel my creativity and keep me grounded.
  • Sharing conversations with friends and family – from philosophical debates to tinkering in the kitchen, I thrive on learning from the people around me.

These interests keep me curious, flexible, and always eager to discover better ways to live well—findings I'm delighted to share with you here.
